  • Q1. I forgot my password?

    If you forgot your password, just click the “forget password “ on the log in page and we will send you an automated email with your new password.

  • Q2. I ordered with the wrong size. Can I ask for an exchange?

    We do not provide exchanges. We offer one return within 7 days warranty period.

  • Q3. Do I need to pay for the returns?

    We offer one free return within 7 days warranty period. (Taiwan Area)
    Note: In case the subsequent refund reduces the original order amount to below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the shipping charge from your refunds.

  • Q4. How do I know my order has been made?

    Once you place the order, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also view your orders from "ACCOUNT">"My Orders."

  • Q5. I’m not sure if I made a successful credit card payment?

    The bank reconciliation process will take about an hour after you approve the credit card payment. You can check your order from “ACCOUNT”>”My Orders.
    We will not arrange delivery when the order status is “Order Canceled.”

  • Q6. Can I edit the information and details after I placed my order?

    In order to ship your order in the shortest time, once you place your order, you will not be able to edit the details of your selected items, payment method, or shipping information.

  • Q7. What can I do if I receive an abnormal product?

    Please contact Customer Service via email(service@jendesstudio.com) when you receive an abnormal product. Attach the photos of the item you receive and leave your contact number, order number, and your membership account in the email. We will get back to you in the shortest time possible.

  • Q8. What is JD Points?

    You can use your JD Points to redeem JD Credits or update yourself to VIP/VVIP. For more information, check "ACCOUNT">"JD Pionts."
