• Shopping Guide

    How to shop:

    Step 1. Select the items you like with color, size and amount, add them to “shopping bag.”

    Step 2. Click on “shopping bag” to place your order. Information of your selected items will be displayed. You may edit your order at this time. When you are happy with your order, process to check out.

    Step 3. Confirm the information of your selected items and choose the shipping and payment methods.

    Step 4. Fill up the shipping information and confirm to place your order.

  • Order Status

    Log into your account and find "ACCOUNT" > "My Orders" to check the status of your orders:

    Order Status Description
    Order Processed Your order has been set up.
    Order Cancelled Your order is cancelled since a cancellation sent by email or a payment overdue.
    Order Completed The 7-days warranty period is completed or the product returns process is done, and the invoice has been sent.
    Payment Status Description
    Waiting Your order has been processed, and we are waiting for your payment.
    Payment Declined Your payment is overdue or failed; we didn’t receive your payment.
    Payment Completed We have received your payment, and your package is waiting to be delivered.
    Payment Cancelled You emailed us for cancellation after completed the payment.
    Shipping Status Description
    Processing Your package is in the process of getting delivered.
    Package Shipped Your package is on its way. The tracking number will be provided by the delivery company. You can usually track your package half a day after receiving the shipping notice.
    Package in Store Your package has been delivered to the store, and it’s waiting for pickup. This shipping status is only for 7-eleven.
    Package Picked Up Your package is signed and picked up. You can ask for return after 24hrs in “My Orders.”
    Return Status Description
    Return Applied You have applied for the return. You will receive a returning code if you are in Taiwan area, or sent it back yourself if you are in other areas.
    Return in Process You have given your return package to 7-eleven with the returning code.
    Return Completed Package received and had been checked that it’s in good condition. Credit card, wechat pay, PayPal, and UnionPay card will take 2-7 business days to refund back to your card. ATM and store code payment will be refund on the next Thursday after finishing the return process.
    Return Overdue It has been over the 7-days warranty period. We can not process any returns.
