    JENDES ships worldwide. Orders are packed and shipped within 2~5 business days (excluding holidays) from the order date.
    Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking number and shipping status.

    When special situation occurs, JENDES will update the latest information on our website and facebook fan page.
    During high season and sale, please allow up to 2 additional days for the delivery. Follow the information in your confirmation email for the latest update of your orders.

  • Worldwide Shipping

    • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
    • We offer return within 7 days warranty period, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. (Non Taiwan Area)
    • We do not accept the COD packages from overseas returns. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and other related costs.
    • SF Express charges a residential delivery surcharges applying to deliveries to residential addresses. If the residential address is located in a remote area, only the remote area surcharge will be applied. Please be noticed that the surcharge should be covered by buyers.
