Return Policy
To protect customer rights, JENDES offers a 7-day return window ("appreciation period") from the date of order receipt. Please note this is not a trial period — items must be in brand-new condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
To request a return, email us at service@jendesstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond with return instructions and the return address. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
JENDES does not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
For returns within the Taiwan region, return shipping costs will be covered by JENDES.
For international orders, both original shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees — whether for delivery or returns — are to be paid by the customer.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and properly protected during transit.
Each order is eligible for return once only. We do not accept multiple or partial returns from the same order at different times.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
The following items are excluded from the 7-day return window and are non-refundable:
-Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
-Items with noticeable use, odors, stains, or pilling
-Items purchased during clearance, final sale, or limited-time promotional events
-Intimate wear, beauty products, earrings, or personal care items
-Customized or made-to-order products
Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email service@jendesstudio.com within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and your order number. Upon verification, we will arrange a return or refund at no cost to you.
Defect Criteria: An item is considered defective only if
-It has visible holes, tears, major stains, or structural damage
-It does not match the product description in size, color, or style
The following are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return:
-Slight size differences within ±2–5 cm
-Color variation due to screen settings
-Natural fabric smells or dye/processing odors
-Minor wrinkles from packaging or transit
-Personal preferences (e.g., texture, thickness, or expected fit)
JENDES reserves the right to determine whether an item meets the definition of a defect.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Refund amounts are calculated as follows:
For returns within the Taiwan region, we will refund the full paid amount (after discounts) and cover the return shipping.
For international returns, the refund will include only the actual paid product amount. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
If the return is partial and the remaining order value falls below the NT$4,000 free shipping threshold, we will deduct NT$120 from the refund for initial shipping (Taiwan region only).
Discounts and promo codes applied at checkout will not be refunded or reissued.
